CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat by 20 October 2017. There is an $150 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances after this date, but substitute delegates are acceptable.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only).  Please contact the Secretariat electronic banking transfer details.  All fees are in Australian Dollars.

All registrations will be acknowledged in writing. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the Secretariat to ensure that your details have been received.

We suggest you make a copy of this form for your own records. Registrations will only be acknowledged once payment has been received.

FEDERAL GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST)
Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Meeting People Trust T/A The Meeting People Pty Ltd is registered for GST - the ABN is 14 568 939 746. Upon payment online you will receive a tax invoice. 

LIABILITY
In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, the ISAP Committee and the Meeting Managers of the Symposium accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.

PRIVACY
Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Act 1993 (New Zealand), will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.

Registration Desk

The Registration Desk will be located on the mezzanine level in the Foyer of the Hotel Grand Chancellor on Hindley and will open at the following times during the meeting:

Cocktail Reception

Date:  Sunday 5 November 2017
Time:  5.00pm – 7.00 pm
Venue: Mezzanine Level, Hotel Grand Chancellor on Hindley
Cost:  Included with full registration.  Extra tickets: $60 per ticket.

A great networking opportunity that will allow you to catch up with colleagues and mingle with delegates attending the meeting. The welcome reception will be held at the conference venue and you will get up close and personal with some of Australia’s wildlife.

Included in full and student registration. Additional tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased at $60.

Welcome Reception at the Adelaide Town Hall

Date:  Monday 6 November 2017
Time:  6.00pm – 7.00 pm
Venue: Adelaide Town Hall
Cost:  Included with full registration.  Limited extra tickets for accompanying people will be available closer to the time of the event.

Gala Dinner

Date:  Wednesday 8 November 2017
Dinner: 7.00 for 7.30 – 10.00 pm
Venue: Mortlock Chamber of the State Library of South Australia, North Terrace, Adelaide
Cost: $130 per ticket

The conference dinner will be in the historic Mortlock Chamber at the State Library of South Australia.

Tickets will be $130 per person and include dinner, drinks and entertainment. N.B. This function is not included in the full registration.

Field Day – Tuesday 7th November

We will visit an almond orchard and a new processing facility in the Riverland region. We will then go to the Barossa Valley and visit one of the iconic wineries in the region, Seppeltsfield.

Post Conference Tour Information

A post conference tour to the Riverland, Sunraysia and Riverina districts will be available if numbers are adequate. This will be a three day tour visiting pistachio and almond orchards and the Murray river tourist region. The tour will begin on Friday 10th November leaving Adelaide and returning in the evening of Sunday 12th November.   

Approximate price is AUD$400 which includes, bus, accomodation and three lunches.
